In 20+ years of playing with high voltage equipment this is the only building I've ever seen anything like this in. No idea!! Amusing enough I had to snap the picture though!

I hope it's not shocking! If it is there is something very wrong there! :D Unique enough to make me stop dead and look in the top of the MCC panel to check it out, much to the amusement of my guide.

Normallly that much copper is oil or water but there too low voltage to need cooling (I have a few sites that have to water cool but their equipment is 13.8 to 500 KV ultra tech
