In 20+ years of playing with high voltage equipment this is the only building I've ever seen anything like this in. No idea!! Amusing enough I had to snap the picture though!

Normallly that much copper is oil or water but there too low voltage to need cooling (I have a few sites that have to water cool but their equipment is 13.8 to 500 KV ultra tech
