Ok I’m gonna get flamed for this but idc about graffiti in principle
It messes with the structural integrity of stainless (one of my stupid projects is this) and it “scares the hoes” (ie normie stakeholders)
(It’s a long term project where using stainless samples we pull on them compared to painted samples and the guy is trying to figure out why the paint seems to wear faster on the painted ones vs the standards

But yea being clear about actual safety problems versus ho scaring problems matters
It’s why I want to close rikers and turn it into 20-109k units of housing, turn Sunnyside and west side into 100k units of housing and turn the queens yards into 50k units of housing. Every nyc rail yard should be housing tends of thousands
