The new main issue is cargo/riding on trains and ofc graffiti which you can’t solve without *enlisted brain* a lot of bodies walking like we need high patrol counts thanks elevated system

It messes with the structural integrity of stainless (one of my stupid projects is this) and it “scares the hoes” (ie normie stakeholders)

(It’s a long term project where using stainless samples we pull on them compared to painted samples and the guy is trying to figure out why the paint seems to wear faster on the painted ones vs the standards

Ok fair enough, although you probably actually don’t need many cops hanging around public facing areas to stop graffiti and surfers I assume? Mostly it’s people getting onto restricted areas

It’s why I want to close rikers and turn it into 20-109k units of housing, turn Sunnyside and west side into 100k units of housing and turn the queens yards into 50k units of housing. Every nyc rail yard should be housing tends of thousands
