The sad thing is that it should be a 9-0 vote. The Constitution is very clear. But we have too many so-called "conservative" justices that only believe in originalism when it aligns with the political decisions they want to reach.

I believe that’s now known as Scalia-ism… Soon to be surpassed by Alito-ism where you stop even pretending it’s based on law or constitution & admit it’s cause “you have the power to do it…”
