Is she not the face of it though? I agree that calling the issue eugenics-forward marketing is more accurate, but she is in no way blameless.
That is a deeper conversation. About representation/influence/pr and advertising in general. And if she is not blameless- see also Henry Winkler and Tom Selleck peddling reverse mortgages. For now-for this- the focus should be on the ad itself- not her.
