You're correct! When you register you show proof you are American,they do NOT carry the same types of IDs,Drivers License,Birth Cert., Passports,+every Doc. is on file,+recorded,there are also ways to trace the Votes/Ballots back to the registered Voters,you go from precinct,county,city,state. #Vote
