Awful: Scooter rider doing ">35 mph" in bike lane (where it's illegal to ride >20 mph) struck a person. We hope the victim makes a full recovery. But we're glad Ald. Lopez wants to work w/ bike-friendly alders to add more protected lanes to help keep scooters off sidewalks! 👍 @bikegridnow.org
