Critical Role. Especially since the main campaigns are just people talking at a table and everyone's visualizing it differently. Plus the creators are huge fans of art and highly supportive with a weekly gallery+ hiring out of the fandom from artists they like. They don't believe in canon designs.

I know there's a few long time Critical Role artists from Brazil that have done both fan art and official art for them. Their captions are also very good, which helps a lot.
