It's possible, but I think there would have been essentially the same poor turnout for Biden that there was for Harris due to not addressing the Palestinian right to exist.

People don't care about foreign policy, it was inflation and him being old and obviously mentally unwell.
You mean you don't care about foreign policy? Because I argued with people I know personally who told me they weren't going to vote for Harris because of genocide.
Your anecdotal experience is not universal. The vast, vast majority of people just want to be able to afford to live and don't care about what the USA does overseas.
Well said👍
The vast, vast majority of people are clueless, and half of the people don't vote.
Yeah, same diff
But yeah sadly that’s just how things are. Still, there’s always been that slice of voters who actually show up and swing things. And we really need to ask ourselves why that group is ready to fall for Trump all over again but won’t even consider progressives or the regular damn Democratic Party.
Thing is,foreign policy barely matters to voters here which sucks, because it’s what ends up shaping domestic stuff too. And honestly, Biden did a damn good job on both fronts People just don’t pay attention.
Characterizing "funding genocide with your tax dollars" as "foreign policy" is dismissive. Biden did a crap job on that issue and always did. This issue matters to young voters who don't show up because they don't feel they're heard.
Biden also helped to create the Student Loan crisis by spearheading the effort to prevent people from being able to discharge those loans through bankruptcy, then he fought harder to keep funding Israel's genocide than to discharge student loans.
