Why aren't you taking about these cities?? Mainly in Red States, St Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, Cleveland Cities like St. Louis (87.2), Baltimore (58.1), New Orleans (52.3), and Detroit (49.7) all report higher murder rates. Even smaller cities such as Cleveland and Memphis surpass Chicago.
