I can't imagine what the final cost will be to repair the hurricane damage to our condo (if we ever get permits, that is). Insurance payouts were determined within weeks of the storms, so won't be anywhere close to covering the total.
We bailed on a fireplace install today, went from 5k to 7 or 8k since we booked it 6 weeks ago.
I would be cancelling myself but my contractor had already bought all the materials a few months ago. There are new jobs that I will have to put off now.
