The ACA (healthcare marketplace exchange where insurers could compete for Medicaid/Medicare subsidy $) was all based on a Republican plan that the Republicans disavowed as soon as Obama endorsed it. Dems should have gotten on board with single payer healthcare long ago. They still haven't done so 😐
