Exactly. That’s the problem! What’s this guy supposed to do duck into random public restrooms or something while he’s trying to save the world? If he’s here in NYC he’s screwed because they make you buy something to use the bathroom even if you’re Superman. They’ll probably charge him twice lol

Our country could use a few school house rock presentations to get up to speed on how govt works as well.

Maybe someone like Lauren Boebert, needs to be placed in a room with a ‘Clockwork Orange’ contraption on her head, and have to watch ‘Schoolhouse Rock’ on a loop for several hours, then she might understand her job description.

We watched a lot of American TV in Canada growing up in the 70s and 80s and this was a staple on Saturday mornings. We looked at the US with a cynical eye, (warranted in retrospect!), but damn we admired your self confidence.

Civic duty. Now there's one thing we never hear about any more.

That’s when America was Great. 1976. We had survived war and assignations. Unified for our Bicentennial. No rw disinfo or toxic social media. We loved, and wanted to teach the world to sing. And the more fortunate didn’t mind contributing more for the less fortunate.
