Hi, No, Cold Spring, NY is in District NY18, Pat Ryan- D Mike Lawler - R (flipped dem seat in 2022) is our Rep NY-17 - covers nearby towns in Westchester, Rockland and some of Dutchess (DEM, GOP and IND voters) OF COURSE WE ARE VOTING HIS A** OUT IN 2026!!!

No I actually looked up Cold spring and it is in Lawler's district. The ZIP code is 10516 if you go on to the Congressional website it'll show you that that is currently Lawler's district it was probably the other district before the 2020 census
