NO! We must be above that. They need to be charged and tried and perhaps convicted and then serve time in jail. You left out a few steps there. And no death penalty.

Being "above that" is why we're in the state we're in. If we want a world without Nazis, you have to remove the Nazis. They're a cancer on humanity. You don't negotiate with cancer. You kill every last cell.
