Doesn't she have to be found guilty to be able to appeal? Or you're saying the DoJ will ask the SC *if* they can indict her?

Either party may appeal. It would go to the Court of Appeals. If the Govt hasn't won, they have the option to either go with the ruling of the lower court or ask SCOYUS to hear the case.

I think they're getting burned in every court across the US. Aside from illegal conduct, they don't seem to understand that judges don't like having their orders disregarded. In every case, he badmouths judges and their families. Why would any judge rule in his favor?

Judge’s decisions are enforced by the USMS. USMS reports to Blondi Judges CAN HIRE outside to enforce a decision but that is rare

There are inklings. Today another WI judge said she would strike. Maybe all judges should strike. Maybe it will catch on. Something, somewhere will happen to light a match.

And we all know how that ends “Sure! The king can do what he likes!” Followed by the arrest and deportation of 3 SC justices and horse heads being found in the beds of 4 others
