Big pharma controls the prices and have been allowed to do so for decades, presumably because they pay members of Congress to do nothing. And then insurance companies have to build their profit into the price of healthcare. I know the NHS isn't perfect, but it's ours and most of us love it.
Trump knows his executive order will be stopped in the courts, he's just trying to fool Americans that he gives a flying fuck, if that was the case, you'd legislate it not set it up so that you can try and blame a court for preventing it, which wouldn't work anyway because they just give us rebates.
