The photo in the Forbes article shows that he is old. Parkison's at age 81 is way different than for a 29 year old.
I don't read these criticisms as being attacks on his health but rather on his candor. Citing a medical condition for not being able to testify might be a good reason but is more likely a convenient excuse. He caught a lot of small flies, but he let wasps and hornets break through.
