... no longer obligated to subordinate their sovereignty to the federal government. It's that simple. If Trump shreds the Constitution, then there is NO MORE UNITED STATES. The blue states would be free to secede and form their own separate alliances or a new Union without the red states.
I've made the same argument. The states have no responsibility to anything but the government laid out in the constitution. If that government has been replaced with rule by royal decree, then we need to put some fighters into the governor offices. I will take one fire-breathing dragon please.
