Oh, we discussed the wild weather. Just did a walk around and 4 big branches got ripped of the willow tree and are now lying in the front yard, and one massive branch got ripped of a gum facing the highway. Fortunately it fell to the side rather than on the highway. And everywhere I hear chainsaws!🤣

Definitely sounds like it hit you area harder than here! A couple of years ago there were loads of branches down, big trees uprooted... But I'm just back from my coffee/dog walk (which got rained out...) and apart from a couple of broken branches and a lack of leaves on some trees there's no sign.

The brother tells me that down towards the river end of the property we've got a few more gum tree branches down on the highway side as well. Living 10 minutes from the coast has many advantages, but the winds aren't among them.🙂
