It’s not a votewinner. 2024 GOP campaigned to gut Medicaid they got full sweep and passed the BBB that’s popular with GOP voters. The cuts are now law, coverage losses are baked in and it’ll be 2028 before anyone can do anything and GOP will oppose to the end. Feels kinda academic c/w/shoulda
