Obviously, the Trumpocracy isn't interested in the law or justice, both of which would be part of a court proceeding. So they are threatening exile to a poor country thousands of miles away where he would have no rights. We have fallen so far from being a country with liberty and justice for all.

DoJ doesn’t want a trial. No credible evidence to get a conviction. They want instead to coerce a guilty plea to claim victory and say “we told you he’s a criminal” and deport him. Abrego Garcia is being openly, blatantly persecuted by this administration is what’s clear from this disgusting saga.
