I just watched a documentary about Jeffrey Epstein and it’s amazing to me how similar his psychopathy was to Trump’s. Both megalomaniacs.

It's not over the top...it's true. It's also true that a lot of people in the media are just full members of the cult at this point, and are doing their damn well best to advance the interests of The Party.
