Even if Zelenskyy thought this was a good idea - and he doesn't - he is unable under the Ukrainian Constitution to unilaterally give away Ukrainian territory, or change the country's borders. It's a non-starter, and Putin knows it. Trump doesn't, because he's a corrupt, child-raping moron.
