This is going to end badly for Texas. Jasmine Crockett (and possibly 1-2 more?) will keep her seat and the Dems will pick up extra seats because of California.

The thing about gerrymandering for seats, as oppose to gerrymander for re-election, is that you spread yourself too thing. Texas is a 53-47 state, a small swing can result in a 50-50 delegation
