This is the thing a lot of people, even those my age and slightly older, don't realize: the B-movie is a time honored tradition and it's a freaking shame they aren't more respected.

So many good things about a B-movie. You get the occasional A-lister stepping down to buy a summer cottage or pay a tax bill, it's always a treat! Yes, some of them are garbage made to be sold in a different market, but some are made with absolute passion.

You also get some big, goofy swings that sometimes pay off, that no big money production would necessarily back. There's a lot to love there, and there's a lot to laugh at as well. It's one of those rare types of things that will laugh at itself while still making something joyful.
