Well if they are violent it is obvious, but if they are not they should be allowed to.

Fascism is an inherently violent ideology that exists purely to destroy democracy. It has no other goal. It is an existential threat that you have to eradicate and protect against the resurgance of. You do not share a space with fascists, because they are always plotting to slit your throat.
Yes, i agree, but it is not like every single person who don't want to pay for hotels for migrants is fascist who needs to be locked in prison, and that's the thing people miss.
If it was just a matter of simply disagreeing over the right course of action, we wouldn't be having this conversation. It's the people acting out violence on the streets, making threats online and fascist politicians and ringleaders endorsing it in the media however that are shaping this.
"It's the people acting out violence on the streets, making threats online and fascist politicians and ringleaders endorsing it in the media however that are shaping this." Yes, they should face prosecutors, but i don't think people should be facing law for protesting migrant motels.
I suspect you're being disingenuous now.
No, im not. I don't think people should be detained by the police if they troll pro-palestinian demonstrations saying "i love bacon" If they are making threats or are violent yes, they should. The should not be detained for support Palestine Action either. This is unfortunate reality.
As i said, if they throw molotvs, destroy property they should be facing prosecutors. Guys protesting as in pic number 2 and 4 absolutely not. Even if i don't agree with them.
