Their ideals are evident by their actions. If they believed all people were created equal, they would have acted like it. The US has been an anti-democratic, white supremacist project from the jump.

I think a majority of the people would agree that there were and have been problems in the US from the start. No country will ever be perfect. The best ideals in the Constitution, not MAGAs, are worth working toward.
