It was not. People are understandably paranoid about censorhip and something being "scrubbed from the internet" as if that was even possible but the fact is that it was not "pulled from airing." It aired in Australia. That network is not available in the U.S. It is available on youtube.

Comparing the Archive version with the one now on YouTube, it looks like it was edited to remove a voiceover about a victim's current location and to blur shots that could possibly identify that location.
