I feel like everything important is missing where AI is concerned. And it will quickly become normal, which causes me to despair.

I'm sure there are benefits in some areas ... speeding up medical advances, I hope. But in art, education, journalism ... phony is phony. I'm worried about people who will never have known an AI-free life.

You’re right; thanks for the reminder that there’s definitely some good potential uses for AI. I just hate what it’s done to the creative arts so much that I tend to have a sour view of the whole endeavor.
