Yeah, the DC area definitely has the highest concentration of companies with ICE contracts (and any other type of federal contract, I'd imagine). Makes sense given that many of these companies exclusively or primarily do business with the federal government.

Do we know who runs these companies and any potential/current investors or partners within the regime? Follow the money. I would bet good $ that there are multiple conflicts of interest & insider deals.

“Philadelphia Parking Authority,” apparently has a very sketchy recent history (looking into it). It jumped out to me on this list because senator Dave McCormick (R-PA) bought about $175K in PPA back in June 23rd, in the middle of Senate deliberations. Remember, the BBB passed on July 3rd.
