Wait ok WHAT IS THE RULE for tariffs on sub $800 packages my rock guy says the administration just backed down but I can't find any reporting mainstream it also is a day behind realizing how bad it would be

Tariffs were declared illegal by a Fed court but they’re waiting until SCOTUS gets back in October bc they assume it will go to the court.
