That may happen in other cities w/mayors & governors will help. It’s said LAPD is right wing mostly. No help I reckon.

This isn’t true. If the mayor and chief decide to use them to enforce the court order, they will enforce the court order. It has to come from the top though. That question should have been asked of the mayor.
