My east coast-west coast-great lakes coast solution is that they're all valid pizza inferior to New Haven style, with SE PA/South Jersey thin crust riding a hard second. Everything else is tied for third.

(Yes, a Trenton tomato pie makes it in second as the crust is the same as what you'd get cheese on by default in Plymouth Meeting or at a cheesesteak place that inexplicably sells pizza and because food between trenton and dc it inherently slaps.
