The Epstein files and Maxwell grand jury testimony was sealed until January 2024 to allow for Maxwell to appeal her conviction(s). This is SOP in all judicial cases. Not to mention that "Biden" can't bring up charges against private citizens. To pursue charges or go to court one needs standing.
