Good. Elemental metaphors aside, all approaches are welcome.
Yes, this.
1) *airborne, not 'airborn'. 2) the author of this piece reads like Lujan's publicist...
and that's a problem for you, I guess.
I just prefer shorter PR releases that's all.....
Someone tries to uplift good effective Dem politics with actually meaningful messaging and you need to find fault. Well bless your heart.
thank you. and bless yours too Kristy. - the author made her point early on, then continued to beat it to death (sans spellcheck apparently). - 'Let a thousand flowers bloom' as Mao famously said. fwiw: I'm a big New Mexico fan, think Lujan's doing a great job. Cheers.
Maybe you should volunteer to be her publicist! ✌🏻
thanks! unfortunately, my analog spellchecker (formerly known as a dictionary) is down for maintenance just now.....
Don’t know about this, tell me more (without me clicking a substack link)
You don't fight a dictator "under the radar."
What is Newsom doing?
For one clearly sounding the alarm that democracy is under assault, Trump is in the process of becoming a dictator. That's step one. The public has to be alerted to the threat. They won't rise up if the "opposition party" and media are saying everything is normal.
Compare Newsom to Hakeem Jeffries who is saying dictatorship is a "distraction." Newsom is delivering 5 new House seats and protecting 4 more. That may be the difference, if we can make it to 2026.
