The Dems tried in 2022 to do just that, but they only had the House not the Senate and the Republicans were able to stop it. Look up “Freedom to Vote Act”. We need enough Dems and honest republicans to overcome the 2/3rds rule and level it for everyone. And we need to overturn Citizens United
