It’s not just the republicans. It’s also n the democrats and the independents. There is such a slim margin in both houses that it wouldn’t take much to flip the needed amount of votes to change the tide. However for some reason the three parties tend to not work well together

That’s the thing instead of trying to the 2/3 majority every election, the parties needs to start working together. At one time the parties we have today was once one party called democratic republicans. In truth our representatives need to start working across the so called isle. It’s the only way

It just doesn’t seem that they are trying to compromise that much. All I’ve been seeing for awhile has been bills that one party or the other backs completely and kinda force them through with a very slim margin. Like the senate bill S.1531. Nearly all the democrats signed off on it but a few and
