It’s not just the republicans. It’s also n the democrats and the independents. There is such a slim margin in both houses that it wouldn’t take much to flip the needed amount of votes to change the tide. However for some reason the three parties tend to not work well together

That’s the thing instead of trying to the 2/3 majority every election, the parties needs to start working together. At one time the parties we have today was once one party called democratic republicans. In truth our representatives need to start working across the so called isle. It’s the only way

to stop the crazy crap that is going on. Plus the legislative branch needs to stand up and let the executive branch know they can’t keep walking over them

The compromise era.

It just doesn’t seem that they are trying to compromise that much. All I’ve been seeing for awhile has been bills that one party or the other backs completely and kinda force them through with a very slim margin. Like the senate bill S.1531. Nearly all the democrats signed off on it but a few and

no republicans. It’s just annoying to me, we sent these people there to work together to make this country better and they want to stay divided
