Republicans aren't bowing to the President. They're doing what they've always wanted while the guy with the veto power is on their side and letting the President take all the "credit"(blame). He continues to cede all of the real power to the fascists he's surrounded himself with.
The Republican party is gone. The Republicans in power made sure of that.

They have been doing it for years. I assure you, he doesn't *lead* jack shit. He's doing as he's told, signing what's put before him with no concept of what it contains, and blundering through international crises with all the grace of a newborn giraffe (kerplop!). He is a puppet at best.
