I would recommend Endeavor Os first. Its Arch and has lot of the Arch tinkering involved but takes care of some of the basics for you through a installer. That way you can get to know Arch before going full arch

Also CachyOS in this camp. Out of the box plus a couple clicks gets you there. I've been loving the cachy proton version. Works with pretty much everything without issues.
