I had a friend who, in 1997 NYC did craft services for him for 6 wks. Single woman-owned biz.The bill was for $7k, and Trump wouldn't pay. Said her services weren't satisfactory. She went to a lawyer, who told her, forget it. He'll countersue and it will cost her more than the invoice. True story!
That's terrible! People like that make me furious. I learned the hard way too. The cost of litigation can easily exceed the difference. Contracts are only as good as YOUR willingness to enforce them & pay. (They don't stress enough in business education). Trump should have been imprisoned years ago.
