What do you expect them to do? Without actual force, they can’t do anything about it. With someone like Trump, judicial decisions are simply suggestions, unless forced to comply. SCOTUS won’t do shit about it.

They can refuse to pay for it. Congress can block the funds.

Even if the SCOTUS order can't be enforced, it would hammer home the point that this administration is OPENLY violating the Constitution and even gloats about doing so. There is some value even in that.

Federal courts have the power to deputize, outside of the executive branch, for contempt of court enforcement. So the Supreme Court could in fact deputize an entire army to enforce it. Having a stand off between two large armed groups of two branches would of course force Congress to pick a side.
