Episode 2 is the best half-life game out there and if you have a VR i highly recommend Alyx bcs that is an experience like no other i can promise you that.

I need to find a VR to rent. I was gonna do the no-VR mod but upon further research, it seems like that would be a mistake. I don’t give a damn about VR but I would rent one and play Alyx.

Well i tried the vr version at a friends house but he wouldn't lend me it haha. So I had to play through the non vr mod. It was still really good mind you but you are definitely playing a game not meant for mouse and keyboard. Vr is just too expensive just to buy for me as they keep innovating on it

People keep telling me to just buy a quest or whatever but I dont really like cheaping out for an experience that could be much better with a better vr. Just how my brain works.. I hope I eventually get to buy one. And yeah Alyx is like the only game id want one for. Well and that metro game.

Never wait for Valve. Their clock doesn't tick the same as ours. Rumour is, Gabe based HL on his early career as a scientist. The reason HL3 and Deckard haven't been given to us is because the combination enables safe time and dimensional travel. We are just not ready for that responsibility.
