Traditionally “crackers” are in northern Florida. The rest of Florida is filled with “rednecks”. Basically anywhere in Florida that’s not a city or Native American land usually has a high percentage of Rednecks/crackers &/or retirees.

When I lived in Kissimmee I just remember a bunch of old timers referring to themselves as "Crackers" and they even had a replica Cracker house out by the old rodeo grounds on 192 towards St Cloud...just my recollection...and a friend from Cedar Key who called himself a Cracker Cowboy-mixmosh 4 sure
Definitely a lot of people from elsewhere in Florida have adopted the cracker label. Growing up in Central Florida the preferred term was “Redneck” since there’s more farming than ranching there. Rural Florida’s bigotry & attitudes are basically the same, regardless of what they call themselves.
