Just on the framing and visuals: Pritzker is loose with no tie. The gamut of folks and organizations behind him shows they built this beforehand and got folks to join. Really good organizing too.

Last bits as someone who once got to help put events like this together: Pritzker makes it known there will likely be a reaction from the federal government to him standing up. He doesn’t back down. He doesn’t ask for negotiation. He just dials it in, and tells the feds this won’t go well for them.

Does it make him a president or the 2028 frontrunner? Meh. It’s still far too early. But does it tell me he will hold the entirety of the Trump admin accountable for their actions? It sure does. And that is like top three needs for the next presidential administration and Congress.
