Oh my that looks so good.
Thank you.
Oh, yummmmmmmmmm!
I was lucky enough to buy some fresh in Rome once. Quite different from what we get in the States!
I always enjoy your cooking and comment posts. Be well! 👍
Howdy Cookn!
That looks delicious! And I have both: an aged strip loin and Gorgonzola dolce from the Italian shop. Thanks for the dinner suggestion!
3 Tbsp Butter, 3 Tbsp Crema, 3 Tbsp Gorgonzola, 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tsp chopped parsley, ground pepper to taste. Combine everything in saucier over low heat. Stir as the temp comes up and after the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy add the parsley.
Thanks for the recipe!
I love the combination of Gorgonzola and beef, especially in a salad. It's such a wonderful combination of flavors!
This was brilliant.
