Families and environments don’t turn kids LGBTQ+. But if they did, it would be crap like this, not liberal parents, sex ed, and drag queen story time. Like some religious environments, this is the sort of stuff that turns kids 180 degrees away (for survival, for individuating, for love, for spite).

Yep, hardcore religiosity is a pretty dependable way to produce atheists (and damage queer kids who happen to be born into those families). My guess is these sorts of things will also have conversion camp threads, unfortunately.
