So true. I am all for the 2nd admendment. I just think it is needs to be updated so as not include semi and automatic weapons of any kind. Leave those for the police departments and military.

It doesn't really need any updates, just a reversal of Hellar that made shit up about it. Every ruling before that used the entire sentence: it's a right to be in your state miliita.
