Oof, that's a lot of plums. One year I had such a ridiculous bounty I got fed up stoning them before cooking and just cooked them whole. Didn't take too long to fish out all the stones once the plums were cooked, in case that's tempting...
It’s done. I feel honestly this is going to be a compote rather than a jam, simply bcs I held back 100g of sugar, on the basis I also want to use it on my granola, or as a base for savoury sauces. So I’ve flexed…
