I read it last week. It is misleading. The judge made no finding that there was enough evidence to go forward. I read the actual court documents. It was a standard scheduling order. There was no question of sufficiency of evidence, i.e. there was no motion to dismiss. They are counting on
People not understanding court procedures and not reading the actual court documents.
