I mean - agreed sort of - jaywalking? Nope, minor offenses, nope. So I agree but not fully. Felonies are the issue. Misdemeanors, not so much. People do stupid things when they are young.

Agreed. Minor misemeanors wouldn't, but I think 14 years on heroin, as well as drug dealing when younger, are fucking major crimes as in the case of RFK Jr, no? 🤨
